Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are applicable only for eligible cancellations as per policy.
- Refund requests must be made through WhatsApp or direct contact.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days.
- Refund will be sent via the original payment method (UPI/Bank Transfer).
Non-Refundable Cases
- Same-day cancellations
- No-shows
- Partial stay usage
- Incorrect booking details provided by guest
Advance Payments
- Advance payments may be adjusted for future bookings (subject to approval).
